How do I avoid emails going to my junk mail?
To make sure you don’t miss our emails, we have provided instructions on how to whitelist our emails with common email providers.

Select the From, or Reply-to on an email message. Once selected you can choose to “Add to Contacts” or “Add to VIPs.”

Open the email message and touch the picture of the sender that displays before the message. Tap “Add to Contacts.”

Drag-and-drop the email message from beneath the tab it’s currently filed under, to the “Primary” tab. Once done, a message alert will appear with, “This conversation has been moved to Primary. Do this for all future messages from” Select “Yes”.

Note: Gmail on mobile devices doesn’t provide a way to prioritize messages. This process must be completed on a desktop.

Outlook 20xx
After opening an email from a sender, an alert at the header of the message, “Click here to download pictures…” should display. Click this and select, “Add Sender to Safe Senders list”.
After opening an email message, an alert message should display with, “Parts of this message have been blocked for your safety.” Beneath this, click the link with, “I trust Always show content”.

Windows Live Desktop
After opening an email message in Windows Live Desktop, an alert in the preview pane with, “Some images in this message are not shown.” will display. Select the link, “Add to Safe Senders list.”

Yahoo! Mail
When opening an email message, a “+” symbol should display next to From: and the sender’s name. Select this and an “Add to contacts” pop-up should appear. Select “Save”.

What is Cocktail.Club?
Cocktail.Club is a monthly subscription box that ships straight to your door. Each box contains fresh ingredients and detailed recipes to create 4-6 unique craft cocktails right from your home!
How does it work?
Each month we feature a new recipe and will email you in advance what alcohol you need to have on hand. Not feeling the spirit we have chosen? No worries, you have the option to skip the month!
What's included in my monthly subscription box?
1. Fresh Ingredients: We provide you with all of the syrups, bitters, citrus and garnishes needed for one recipe. Each recipe makes 4-6 full sized cocktails.
2. Detailed Recipes: In your box you will find an inventory list, detailed recipes, and step by step instructions to create an Insta-worthy cocktail.
3. Curated Playlist: To enhance your cocktail creating experience, don’t forget to click on the QR code to set the mood and vibe along to our carefully curated playlist.
4. Online Cocktail Library: Every box comes with a demonstration video led by our award winning mixologist. To access the cocktail library videos, scan the QR code included on your recipe card or click the link on your subscription management page.

Cocktail.Club is BYOB – alcohol is not included in the box.
Is alcohol included?
No and here's why! We understand that everyone has their favourite brands and preferred price points when it comes to alcohol. By supplying your own spirits, you can buy that new brand of tequila you’ve been wanting to try or grab whatever is available at home.

Can I buy a box without a subscription?
At this time we are a subscription only service. Unsure if you would like to commit to a subscription? No problem, you can easily pause or cancel your subscription after receiving your first box.
Can I give a box as a gift?
What a thoughtful idea! Yes, you can purchase a  gift card or a pre-paid 1, 3, 6, or 12 monthly cocktail gift subscription. See our Gift FAQ for additional information on how to purchase and redeem a gift.
Where can I find this month’s feature recipe?
We believe there aren't enough surprises in life, so we wanted to shake things up! At Cocktail.Club we keep our monthly recipes a surprise. We will release hints, including flavour teasers and what alcohol you need to have on hand, leading up to the reveal.

How often do you release new boxes?
We release new boxes once a month. We always take seasonality and current trends into consideration when creating our cocktail menus! Every now and then, we'll bring back a favourite, so please share your feedback with us or leave us a review!
How long will my ingredients keep?
We package your box with fresh ingredients, so please refrigerate upon receiving. The citrus and garnish should last up to one week, if properly stored, but the sooner you create your cocktails the better! The syrups and bitters are shelf stable and will remain safe to consume for up to one year if unopened.

Have leftover ingredients? Try experimenting on your own while you wait for your next box to arrive!
Can I order past boxes?
If you're interested in a past box, send us an email to with your request. Each month's box is a limited run, so once they sell out, they're gone (but it doesn't hurt to check)!

How do gift subscriptions work?
A Cocktail.Club subscription is one of the best (and easiest!) gifts you can give someone.

You can purchase a gift card or a 1, 3, 6 or 12 month cocktail subscription  for anyone who lives in a major metropolitan city across Western Canada. Unsure if we deliver? Confirm using or postal code validator.

We'll send your gift recipient an email—on whatever day you wish—to notify them of your gift with a personal message from you.

Gift recipients will be prompted to create an account and enter their shipping address. This way, your gift recipient has full control over the subscription. If they don't love the coming month's box, for example, or the timing is inconvenient, they have the choice to claim the gift for the next month, or the month after that.
How do I redeem my gift subscription?
If you have been gifted a monthly cocktail subscription, you will receive an email asking you to redeem your gift. Click on “Redeem Gift” and follow the prompts to:
  • Login (if you are an existing customer), or
  • Create an Account.
  • Enter your shipping information and you will receive a confirmation that your gift subscription has been activated.

If you redeem your gift before the 10th of the month, you subscription box will be delivered for the 4th Friday of the month. If you redeem your gift after the 10th of the month, you will receive your first box the following month.
Do gift subscriptions have a recurring total
Gift subscriptions are a one-time purchase. Recurring totals do not apply.
How do I use my gift card?
If you have a gift card, enter the code at the time of checkout. If you are using your gift card value towards a monthly cocktail membership, the remaining value will be applied to future orders.
My gift subscription has ended, but I want to continue my subscription - how do I do this?
It's easy! Simply log into your account and purchase a monthly cocktail membership. Remember, you’ll need to do this as soon as you get the last box of your gift subscription to ensure you receive the next one!

My Account
Can I skip a month?
Absolutely! You can skip your next box by logging into your account,  click manage subscription and select Skip before the 10th of the month. 
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Life happens, we get it. You can cancel your membership any time before the next billing cycle and rejoin whenever it's right for you! Just log into your account, click manage subscription and select pause (to pause your account indefinitely) or cancel before the 10th of the month.
How often will I be billed for my subscription?
When you join Cocktail.Club, your first order will be charged immediately. Going forward, your card on file will be charged on the 10th of each month. For one-off boxes and product purchases, you will be charged at checkout. 

Where does Cocktail.Club ship?
We currently ship to all major metropolitan cities in Western Canada.  Live outside our current designated shipping zones? Email us and we will try to accommodate your request. Please note that delivery fees may apply to shipments outside of Western Canada.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is included in your monthly subscription box membership. No additional shipping fees apply!
How will I know when my subscription box is on the way?
You will receive an email notification letting you know that your monthly box has been shipped. You can reference this email and click on the link included to check on the status of your order.
When will I receive my box?
Your box will arrive by the 4th Friday of the month. The last day to order each month's box is the 10th, all orders taken after the 10th of the month will be pushed to the following month's box.

Once shipped, delivery can take anywhere from 1 to 3 business days. If you have any questions about the timing of your delivery, please refer to your confirmation email and tracking numbers for a detailed timeline.
What if my box is missing ingredients or something is damaged?
Has something arrived damaged or you're missing an ingredient? Let us know! We do our best to ensure that all boxes are correctly packed and arrive safely. If something is missing, broken, or damaged, please send a photo to and we'll make sure you are taken care of!
